Requesting the advice and consent of the Board of Commissioners to the appointment of Sean T. Kelly as the Director of Information Technology for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago

Dear Commissioners:

 

Section 2605/4 of Chapter 70, Illinois Compiled Statutes, states that the Executive Director, with the advice and consent of the Board of Commissioners, shall appoint the Director of Information Technology. I hereby request that the Board of Commissioners give me its advice and consent to the permanent appointment of Sean T. Kelly as Director of Information Technology.

 

Mr. Kelly began his career at the District on October 28, 2015, as Assistant Director of Information Technology.

 

It is a pleasure to make this appointment of a dedicated and proven member of the organization. Upon the consent of the Board of Commissioners, the effective date of the appointment is July 13, 2023.
