Dear Sir:

 

On November 4, 2021, the Board of Commissioners authorized the Director of Procurement and Materials Management to advertise for bids Contract 21-RFP-25, Vendor Portal for Onboarding/Self-Service and Contract Development Software for a three-year period.  

 

On November 17, 2021, the request for proposal (RFP) was advertised and responses were received on January 14, 2022.

 

The tabulation of proposers are as follows:

COBBLESTONE SYSTEMS CORP. DBA COBBLESTONE SOFTWARE

 

The IT Department will be advertising an upcoming RFP in early 2024 to do an assessment of the District's ERP/SAP system. The goal of the RFP is to review and map out our current state, including business processes across all departments, and then have recommendation on the future path for District's ERP system of record and any new system integrations.  In the interim, the IT staff has provided solutions for emails and will continue any data-level enhancements necessary.
