Attached is the Annual Report of the Civil Service Board for the year 2023.  In accordance with Chapter 70 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 2605/4.17, the annual report is to be submitted to the Board of Commissioners before January 31st of each year.  I, therefore, request that this report be submitted to the Board on January 18, 2024.
