At the Board meeting of September 19, 2024, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 26, File No. 24-0827.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, “Authority to Award Contract 24-651-21, Groups A, B, and D, to McGill Construction Co. (McGill).” Same should have read, Authority to award Contract 24-651-21, Groups A, B, and D, to McGill Construction, LLC (McGill). All references to McGill Construction Co. (McGill) should have referenced McGill Construction, LLC (McGill) throughout the board letter and the attachments.
All other information provided in the transmittal letter and attachments are correct.
