Body
I move that the following Attorney-at-Law be appointed as a Hearing Officer for hearing appeals under the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago’s User Charge Ordinance, for conducting proceedings under the Sewage and Waste Control Ordinance and the Watershed Management Ordinance, and for conducting other administrative proceedings as the need may arise.
