Body

Dear Sir:

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for custom application development consulting and database support consulting, at the request of the Information Technology Department.  The term of the contract will be 36 months from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028.

The purpose of this contract is to obtain qualified consulting for custom application development, data analysis and data integration.  The aim is to augment the Information Technology Department’s Enterprise Applications Office staff, ensuring consistent management and delivery of ongoing and future projects within scope, budget, and schedule, thereby supporting the District’s strategic goals and operations.

The estimated cost for this proposal is $150,000.00.  The estimated 2026, 2027, and 2028 expenditures are $50,000.00, $50,000.00, $50,000.00, respectively.

No bid deposit is required for this RFP.

Appendix A and V will not be included because the requested services do not provide practical or cost-effective opportunities for direct or indirect subcontracting.
