Dear Sir:
Contract documents and specifications have been prepared for Contract 25-622-11, Furnish and Deliver Miscellaneous Electrical & Mechanical Equipment to Various Locations, at the request of the Maintenance and Operations Department.
The purpose of this contract is to furnish and deliver miscellaneous electrical and mechanical items to various District facilities. There are nine items in this contract and each item will be awarded separately.
The estimated cost for this contract is $1,034,000.00.
The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) is not included in this contract because it is a furnish and deliver contract.
The Affirmative Action Ordinance, Revised Appendix D and Appendix V will not be included in this contract because there are no subcontracting opportunities.
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
Advertise May 21, 2025
Bid Opening June 17, 2025
Award July 17, 2025
Completion December 31, 2025
In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized to advertise Contract 25-622-11.
Funds are available in Accounts 101-67000/68000/69000-623070/623270/634650.
