Dear Sir:

 

There were ten change orders approved by the Director of Engineering on contracts with a 5% contingency provision for errors and omissions and unforeseen circumstances, for an increase or decrease of $100,000.00 or less during August 2025.

 

There were three time extension requests approved by the Director of Engineering for August 2025.

 

Please advise the undersigned if additional information is required.
